Weekly Bookkeeping

We record all your checks, charges, invoices, bills, receipts, transfers, etc in Xero or Quickbooks Online and ensure the date, transaction description, chart of accounts code and tracking categories are accurately entered.

Virtual Document Management

We provide free unlimited cloud storage with our bookkeeping service. Your files and financial records are safe from fire, flood, theft and misplacement when they're stored in the cloud. 

Cloud Based Accounting Software

Xero is a cloud based accounting program that is changing the way small business do accounting. Your subscription is included for no extra charge. Click to learn more. We also use Quickbooks Online. 

Sales Tax & Annual Reporting

We'll file your sales tax return and make payments on your behalf to keep  you in compliance with the government. If your state government requires you to file an annual report, TCFS will file and pay associated fees on your behalf. 

General Ledger Accounting

At month end, TCFS will record adjusting, correcting and closing entries to ensure your books are kept in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and prepare your adjusted trial balance at year end. We'll also track and report accruals, adjustments and prepayments

Business Tax Returns

We prepare and electronically file and pay (if available) your State and Federal business tax filings to keep you in compliance. Sole Proprietorship and Single Member LLC business returns includes personal returns for the owner.

Automatic Document & Receipt Managemnt

Your checks, bank statements, credit card statements and other documents are automatically retrieved from their source. Upload your receipts and invoices via phone or website and key data is automatically extracted and sent to us. The image of each document is automatically saved.

Xero Basic Setup

Basic setup configures the core settings within Xero to allow you to get up and running with the software as fast as possible. Xero Basic Setup includes: configuration of organizational settings, developing the chart of accounts, setting up bank feeds, set conversion balances, configuring appropriate tax rates and tax settings, configuring invoice settings and adding users and configure appropriate user permissions.
